Henderson is one of Nevada’s more upscale cities. Located in Southern Nevada, this neighborhood is one of the earliest master-planned communities in Nevada. Construction on Henderson began in the early 90s.
Students that live in this neighborhood are a part of the Clark County School District. This district is home to Green Valley High School, Bob Miller Middle School, Greenspun Junior High School, and a number of other middle and elementary schools. If students live at the edge of Green Valley, they may be zoned into Silverado High School, which is located in Paradise, Nevada.
Because this community in Henderson, NV was master-planned, it has a lot to offer. People that live in the area can head to The District at Green Valley Ranch when they are interested in shopping or other activities. People are also able to shop at Galleria at Sunset, an indoor shopping mall.
Henderson is the second-largest city in Nevada. This means that there is no shortage of jobs in the area. People who live in this neighborhood are able to find positions with ease.
The homes in this area are in excellent condition. Since nearly every home in this neighborhood was built after 1990, the homes haven’t seen the kind of wear and tear that older properties have. Many of the homes in this area have seen new upgrades since they were initially built. It isn’t at all unusual to see upgraded kitchens or bathrooms. Many homes in the area also have new roofs or windows.
The neighborhood is very safe, and it is also well-organized; there are parks and other amenities for children to enjoy. It is a wonderful place to raise a family, which is why so many people have opted to make this neighborhood their home.
